Job Description
The candidate will support the GMS I CPBD Department.
The Job Responsibilities include:
- Led the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to various marketing initiative
- Conduct data analysis on events and campaigns, providing insights to optimize performance and evaluate KPI achievement
- Serve as a Marker in a dual-approval role for operations work, including daily settlement
- Assist in generating daily and monthly reports on market-making performance, incentive calculations, and ad-hoc projects
- Conduct internal policy reviews
- Manage the majority of paperwork and administrative tasks for the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge in derivatives industry.
- Prior experience in the commodities OTC market, inter-dealer broking in commodities, or the futures broking industry is preferred.
- At least 2 years of business development or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving ability.
