Job Details:
- Bukit Merah Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
- Manage office administrative duties like filing, document preparation, and ordering supplies
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and admin matters
- Maintain proper records of financial and administrative documents
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good organizational and communication skills Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred
