- Process and record accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- GST Filling
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be an advantage
