We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to serve as the key link between our company and our clients. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and challenges to propose effective solutions
- Coordinate with team to deliver high-quality service
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
- Monitor account performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing or a related role is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software.
