• Assist in full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL entries.
• Prepare tenant billings, rental income schedules, and track collections.
• Record landlord lease payments, utilities, and operating expenses.
• Assist in lease accounting (ROU assets, lease liabilities) under IFRS 16.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journals and schedules.
• Prepare management reports, including occupancy revenue analysis and expense tracking.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and contracts.
• Support finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
