- Assist in full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL entries.
- Prepare tenant billings, rental income schedules, and track collections.
- Record landlord lease payments, utilities, and operating expenses.
- Assist in lease accounting (ROU assets, lease liabilities) under IFRS 16.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journals and schedules.
- Prepare management reports, including occupancy revenue analysis and expense tracking.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and contracts.
- Support finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
