Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closings and the preparation of financial statements
- Prepare and record journal entries and necessary adjustments
- Monitor cash flow and oversee bank transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax submissions
- Assist in year-end audits , including the preparation of supporting schedules and reports
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRAS and GST
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all financial documents
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
