Account Manager (Client Servicing & Business Development)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow SME client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell Training Courses, MiniChat Pro/Plus (WhatsApp solutions), and Bosses Connect .
- Drive client onboarding, renewals, and upselling of solutions.
- Support workshops, events, and networking sessions to increase participation.
- Maintain accurate records (CRM) and provide regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven, with experience in client servicing or account management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing/WhatsApp automation is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
