Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business strategies to ensure sustained growth and meet sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Organizing and carrying out sales and marketing activities, such as roadshows and exhibitions.
- Handling new sales inquiries and preparing quotations.
- Working with the team on positioning, pricing, sales presentations, volume forecasting, and budgeting.
- Overseeing, training, and motivating retail staff to achieve set KPIs.
- Staying updated on consumer and competitor trends and conducting relevant analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail telecommunications products
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability in relationship building and management.
- Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
