Job Scope:
As an Accountant at Centrum Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing accounting functions, and maintaining financial compliance for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including GST and corporate tax filings.
- Prepare and assist with internal and external audits.
- Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual performance against budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
