Key Responsibilities:
- Record Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) into accounting software
- Perform daily income verification (Nets, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Process staff salaries accurately and on time
- Assist in setting up and maintaining accounting software
- Stock checking and system updates
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
- File and organize supporting financial documents
- Generate Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
- Assist in IRAS submissions (GST, Corporate Tax, Employee Income Tax)
- Support with import and export documentation
- Provide administrative and reporting assistance to the Manager
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting experiences for 3 years and above, preferably in the F&B sector
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Autocount, or similar)
- Knowledge of Singapore tax and reporting requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
