- Handle the full set of accounts — AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closings
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and other key statements
- File statutory submissions such as GST, corporate tax, and annual XBRL returns
- Review and process staff expense claims promptly and accurately
- Maintain and strengthen internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management
- Assist in system implementation (SAP) and process improvements Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and cross-team initiatives
