Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and Tax Compliance.
- Prepare timely and accurate Financial Statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing performance feedback and development opportunities. Evaluate and implement accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
