Accounts Duties:
- Manage cash payments from customers
- Handle accounts receivable and stock management
- Process transactions
- Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and manage invoices, cash sales, and all administrative documentation
- Generate online sales reports and process withdrawals
- Coordinate stock transfers between internal companies
- Manage stationery purchases
- Process online orders in the absence of designated team members
- Respond to customer inquiries as needed
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
