We are inviting experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Sky Leader Freight Pte Ltd. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing APinvoices, and supporting the overall accounting operations.
Job Description
- He/She must maintain an accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Processing AP invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
- Preparing financial reports and statements as required
- Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Assist in administrative and HR duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications (e.g., ACCA, LCCI) would be an advantage
