Key Responsibilities:
Admin duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties.
- Liaise with mall management and other external parties on operational matters.
- Manage and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the operations team to support daily needs.
- Handle customer refunds and follow up with customers in a professional and timely manner. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.
Purchasing duties:
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare and maintain reports on purchases, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and pricing.
- Pack and arrange delivery of stock to various salon outlets.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines and resolve quality or shipment issues. Track shipment and delivery status, ensuring all items are received as ordered.
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or purchasing roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
