- should have experience in sales processing, prepare and process daily sales invoices.
- should be proficient with computers.
- should have good communication skills.
- experience in administrative related duties will be advantageous.
- assist in any other administrative assignment.
- maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, filing of company documentations (eg. Employee records, Sick leave, annual leaves, etc).
- prepare and submit payroll data.
- handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
