We are currently looking for Admin Assistant who plays a crucial role in supporting the HR & Admin team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR & Admin activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR & Admin team, including data entry, filing, and managing documentation
- Assisting in scheduling meetings, service bookings, and inspections
- Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing office supplies, printing, scanning, mailing, and etc.
- Coordinate servicing and delivery schedules
- Welcoming visitors and assisting internal/external clients when required
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:-
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Speaking of Mandarin and Reading Chinese is required to deal with clients and visitors
