Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the office environment, ensuring the normal operation of office equipment.
- Maintain client relationships and provide basic logistical support such as receiving visiting clients.
- Organize, manage, and ensure confidentiality of company files; handle the receipt and dispatch of various documents.
- Schedule and receive job applicants, handle employee onboarding procedures, and manage the signing, renewal, and administration of labor contracts.
- Record and calculate employee attendance, and manage the distribution and registration of annual employee benefits.
- Handle the procurement, registration, and maintenance of company fixed assets.
- Manage leasing of vacant office spaces and maintain relationships with existing tenants, including lease renewals.
- Procure daily office supplies and employee welfare items, and process reimbursements.
- Organize corporate culture activities, including company celebrations, annual meetings, and recreational events.
- Assist in arranging business travel itineraries.
- Record and compile meeting minutes.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant administrative experience (experience in gaming or internet companies is preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
