Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination with relevant departments for timely production and delivery activities.
- Support operations team with daily administrative tasks, document checks, and filing.
- Maintain accurate production records and upload raw material and output data into AutoCount.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with work orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper material movement records.
- Assist in logistics operations including shipment scheduling, import/export documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal logistics requirements.
- Maintain organized records for production and logistics activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in relevant field.
- 1 year of admin/logistics experience preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount) and MS Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
