Job Description :
- Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling etc.
- Responsible for filing of accounting documents
- Prepare claims and reimbursements
- Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers
- Assist in preparing and generating monthly management financial reports and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
- Maintain and upkeep accounting document and records to comply with ISO system
- Handle accounting and clerical tasks that contributes to office efficiency
- Maintain up to date stock records
- Monitoring daily film cutting, update installation form against sales invoices
- Follow-up on overdue accounts
Job Requirement :
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of accounting software (MYOB preferred)
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- A good team player
- Reliable, neat and organized, fast learner
