Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Submission and responsibility of compliance documentation to government regulators/applications and renewal for various regions.
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to various departments.
- Recording, management and distribution of minutes.
- Contract and customer agreement management.
- Travel arrangements for various team members
- Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records
- Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a related field

- Strong interpersonal skill and a positive attitude
- Highly organized, strong time management with the ability to prioritize
