Qualifications & experience
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level/ITE/NITEC
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to technical or spare parts functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Parts and Service Department.
- Assist in the preparation of customer quotations.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Assist in compiling technical reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation records.
- Handle general office administrative tasks and basic office housekeeping.
- Support the team by undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to overall departmental success.
