About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Admin Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Graphic Printers Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain detailed client records and sales documentation
  • Assist with processing orders, invoices and other administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed
  • Support the sales team with various administrative duties
  • Help organise and maintain the office environment
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally within the printing or graphic design industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
