We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office and ensure efficient coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management team and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and support company events, trainings, and conferences.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget documentation.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining staff records, leave tracking and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director and Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Familiar with basic HR administrative processes
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Sage 300 Cloud, SAP, or any related ERP system will be an advantage
- Able to work Independently, possess initiative and motivated
Work Information
- Working location: Genting Lane, off Macpherson Road / Website: www.mosca.com
- Working hours: 9.30am – 6.00 pm (5 days week)
- Salary SGD 3,000/- (Salary will commensurate according to experience and qualification)
