Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Executive to support our operations.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with IT-related tasks, focusing on managing customer purchase follow ups, sales order forms, and general office administration.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced telco and IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and internal records.
- Sales & IT Administration
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into internal systems.
- Prepare and manage sales order forms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with the sales team to track order status, delivery timelines, and customer project requirements.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and reconciliation of sales transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data.
IT Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for customer and assist in replying customers. With their needs and escalating it to the relevant dept.
- Coordinate with internal dept for system maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and terminology and must be willing to learn simple terms.
