Overall Objective
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated Administrative Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting duties
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices and payroll
- Obtain and receive vendor/supplier quotations and invoices
- Ensure all accounting, administrative and HR records are filed properly
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Provide administrative support when required
- Responsible for general administrative duties
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises
- Manage the pantry and other office supplies
- Any other ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma, A levels, or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec
- Preferably with relevant working experience
- Detail-oriented & meticulous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good multitasking and time-management skills
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient IT skills
