Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing expense reports.
- Developing and managing spreadsheets.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for business employees and visitors.
- Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients.
- Organising internal business operations and office management systems.
- Handling office equipment and managing office supplies.
- Supervising other clerical staff members.
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in administrative roles
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, Power point others.
