Job Summary: The PII Screening and Tagging Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and tagging Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within machine translation projects. This role involves meticulously checking content for sensitive data and applying appropriate tags to ensure compliance and data privacy standards are met. The specialist will work within a defined workflow to enhance the accuracy and security of translated materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- PII Identification and Screening: Thoroughly review machine-translated text to identify and screen for all instances of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Content Tagging: Accurately apply predefined tags to identified PII segments within the provided tagging interface (e.g., "Tagging Area" as shown in the workflow).
- Workflow Adherence: Follow established project workflows and instructions diligently to ensure consistency and quality in tagging.
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder & above.
- Experience in data review, content moderation, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow documented instructions and adapt to new guidelines.
- Able to use web-based tools and interfaces for data entry and tagging.
- Good command of the Native language (Vietnamese )
- Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations and project-specific security protocols.
