Your Role: Admissions & Customer Care Executive
As the first friendly face and voice of the centre, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service while supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional service to walk-in customers and hotline enquiries
- Be the first point of contact and create a lasting positive impression
- Handle enquiries, resolve feedback, and follow up on complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Engage with prospective parents and students, coordinate trial lessons, and guide them through enrolment
- Manage class enrolments, student records, and payment transactions Support essential administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and reporting
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You are comfortable working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend. Previous experience in the education industry is a plus!
