We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to support us for a short-term engagement (1-2 months Full-Time). Conversion to a permanent role is definitely open for discussion. What You'll Do:
Clinical Support
1. Prepare Clients with Care: Help clients feel at ease before their treatment - from cleansing and numbing to taking photos and completing consent forms. Set up treatment rooms and equipments so everything's ready for the Doctor.
2. Be the Doctor's Right Hand: Assist during treatments, post-care guidance, and check in with clients after their visit to ensure they are recovering well, and remind them of review appoints.
3. Keep Records Spot-On: Log treatments, manage consumables (like fillers and botox), and make sure customer cards, invoices and dispensing forms are completed accurately.
4. Keep the Clinic Flowing: Restock rooms, check machines, dispense products and medicines, manage billing and make sure the clinic is tidy and wlecoming.
5. Support Behind the Scenes: Handle stock orders, update inventory, and lend a hand at another branch when needed.
Customer Engagement & Admin
1. Smooth Scheduling: Arrange appointments for new leads, walk-ins and enquiries.
2. Spread the Word: Introduce treatments and skincare products to clients where suitable.
3. Keep Learning: Join training sessions and team meetings where required
4. Team Spirit: Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks where needed - we're about teamwork.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a aesthetic environment assisting Aesthetic Doctors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus.
