Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service.
- Scheduling of appointment and patent registration.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection. Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- With a minimum of 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
