We’re seeking someone to join our Security Development team as an AI Security Developer in Cyber.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

The Security Development team is - amongst other things - responsible for developing and engineering the Firm’s core security controls. The technology and solution stack spans all Firm employees as well as external clients of the Institutional Security and Wealth Management Businesses. It consists of home-grown software, 3rd party software, open source products, appliances, and auxiliary services and solutions.

What you'll do in the role:

· Research, develop tech solutions based on communicated requirements and tech design

· Build solutions to enhance Firm wide cyber security posture, and existing CDRR products/processes via AI.

· Create documentation/support procedures and assist operation/SRE team for operational work.

· Enforce software SLDC in the development circle.

· Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

What you'll bring to the role:

Technical Skills Required

· Familiar with Python programming language.

· Experience of using open-source frameworks like pytorch, langchain etc

· Familiar with test driven development methodology.

· Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like (GIT, Jenkins, Team City)

· Experience of using database, like RDBMS or NoSQL or graph database.

Desired Skills:

· Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, e.g. finetune, distillation, retrieval-augmented-generation, MCP, A2A

· Good knowledge of core AI/ML concepts.

· Experience of data engineering.

· Experience of using scripting language. e.g. Shell, Regular expression

· Experience with Agile methodology, e.g. spring planning, daily Scrum, retrospective etc.

· Basic knowledge of using Linux.

· Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, Public Cloud management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach
