About the Role
The role is responsible for assisting Head, Business Planning to execute business processes, supported by implementation of process controls and continuous enhancements to address any process gaps.
Agency Office Improvement (AOI):
- Prepare monthly reports to track the performance of districts within various office schemes
- Work closely with the sales team on its administration including renovation, refurbishment and office move.
- Manage all communication related to Agency Office Space Management
- Provide observation and recommendations; and support the implementation of new space initiatives
Agency Consultant Contract Maintenance:
- Work closely with the sales team on its administration including timeline management of various milestones
- Prepare communication for the affected agents and leaders
Agency Management:
- Support customer campaign clawback with data analysis, communication preparation and stakeholder management
- Support the communication of Master FSC and Senior FSC to the agents and sales team
- Raise new engagement in Third Party Management System (TPMS) timely and ensure all relevant clearance is duly done
- Support membership checkoff process for various associations
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience in agency management or related role
Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and competencies/ abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or a strong willingness to learn about it
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Proficient communications skills to effectively collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations.
- Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
