- Experience with business analyst tools and methodologies
- Degree/diploma in business/IT/data or related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and active listening
- Ability to document and simplify complex information for diverse audiences
