We are looking for an APAC Sales Manager to join our growing go-to-market team. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and focus on driving revenue growth across the APAC region. Sales in the Web3 space is very different from traditional enterprise sales—many of our customers are highly active on platforms like Twitter and Telegram, requiring a creative, community-driven approach to relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Execute Blockaid’s sales strategy for the APAC region, in alignment with global goals.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads.
- Develop deep relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers across Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.
- Manage and coach a small team of Account Executives in the region, ensuring they consistently hit targets and develop professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal execution and customer onboarding.
- Represent Blockaid at regional industry events, conferences, and online communities.
- Drive the full sales cycle — from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline, forecast, and market trends from the APAC region.
- Stay up to date with the latest blockchain and Web3 developments and incorporate that knowledge into customer conversations.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Web3, blockchain, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
- Proven success managing a quota and closing complex deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, both in-person and online (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, market trends, and community dynamics.
- Experience leading or mentoring Account Executives, with a track record of building high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Self-starter with a “builder” mentality, comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in APAC, with the ability to travel regionally as needed.
