- Minimum of 8 years relevant Application Management, Delivery Management or Project Management experience.
- Experience in aligning business goals with IT solutions and proven expertise to strategize evolution of IT solutions.
- Strong experience of stakeholder management, including leading workshops, conducting interviews, and facilitating discussions with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. Proven project management skills with experience leading and delivering small to medium projects on time, within budget using delivery methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) or Waterfall.
- Experience in risk management and change management, with the ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
- Deep understanding of SDLC phases, software development best practices, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile environments.
- Proficiency in managing application support activities, good knowledge of incident management, problem management and technical troubleshooting practices.
