- Working location : Gambas@Sembawang
- Nature of work : Full Time (6 days work)
- Basic Salary : $2,500-$2,800
- Required : working experience at least 2-3 years of experience in Admin & Accounts or related roles
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment voucher and Payroll
- Maintain accurate and record of financial documents for audit & reporting, cost accounting or equivalent
- Work closely with internal CUSTOMER Services team on billing, collection of payment and other accounting issues.
- Manage Customer Credit Control process and up closely with customers to ensure prompt collection, review data from Sales Invoice & Customer ordering to ensure accuracy and compliance with up loading specifications for thirty-party portals.
- Able to work independently and handle SOA to vendors / Clients,
- Monitor the payment collection and kepp track of the successful rates verses total submission.
- Updating monthly bank statement in month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and record of financial documents for audit and reporting
