JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a private international school in Singapore is currently looking for an AR Accountant to join their team.
Reporting to the manager, the AR Accountant will lead a team of 2 and will be responsible for the overall billing and collection process, from invoicing to drawing up reminders timeline and ensuring strong billing collection record and timely payments. The incumbent will also be responsible to offer high level of customer experience while collecting and proposing instalment plans/deadline extension requests, prepare revenue reconciliation and Billing Collection Report consolidation, preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation reports, balance sheet accounts, and oversee the issuance of official documents (tax invoices, receipts, accounts statement, credit notes, and email distribution), preparing journal entries, and timely monthly closing.
In addition, the incumbent will be the main point of contact for the parents regarding payment and collection matters, handle the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) administration,

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accountancy
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is good to have
- Experience with FPS administration is good to have
- Good communication skills
