Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept development to completion
- Review designs, ensure all designs are in compliance with local authorities code
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience as architect (consultant) preferred
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma etc.
