Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on design and model changes.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data using the BIM platform.
- Coordinate design documentation and fully utilize BIM tools.
- Attend coordination meetings and liaise with other disciplines' BIM Coordinators.
- Maintain and update BIM models until as-built stage.
- Prepare drafting for project submissions at various stages.
- Produce and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM models if needed.
- Manage document control, ensuring accurate records of submissions and drawing updates.
- Ensure shop drawings are completed according to the schedule.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ BCA Specialist Certification in Building Information Modelling.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM standards.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations and BIM guidelines.
