Requirements:
- Recognized ITE/NTC or Diploma in Architecture
- Intermediate level with 3 to 5 years experience
- Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture
- Experienced with BIM would be an advantage
- Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities' submission procedures
- Experienced in site co-ordination works Able to work independently
Job scopes:
- Prepare Architectural detailed designs, tender drawings set, construction drawings set required for submission, tender and construction.
- Produce Authority submission drawings and documents such as Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, Build ability Score Calculation,etc
- Submission to Relevant Authorities to obtain clearance/approval of DC/BP and TOP/CSC and to secure all necessary approvals and technical clearances timely
- Correspondence and consultation with Planning and Building Authority Officers
