- Support the development of business objectives and performance tracking for Asia-region subsidiaries
- Assist in annual business and budget planning processes
- Design and implement KPI frameworks based on order intake to monitor performance
- Act as a liaison to enhance strategic communication between HQ and regional offices
- Prepare business performance reports and presentation materials for executive use
- Collect and analyze data to inform executive decision-making
- Work cross-functionally to support efficient regional operations
Requirements:
- Experience in business planning within logistics or manufacturing industries
- Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean
- Solid grasp of P&L analysis and KPI-driven performance management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights using data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting Experience with monthly closing processes using SAP CO module
