About the Role
Our client is a Singapore-based publicly listed group with regional presence, and are hiring an Assistant Corporate Finance Manager to support reporting, compliance, and planning processes across a group of entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly closings and management reporting
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Handle tax and GST submissions and assist with financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax statutory and SGX/MAS requirements
- Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders
- Support internal initiatives and ad hoc finance projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in audit or commercial finance
- Able to operate independently and manage deliverables under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication skills Exposure to real estate /property development in a listed capacity is preferred.
