Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement, and elevate brand visibility and awareness across social media such as IG, FB, TikTok, RedNote etc
Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand images
Monitor digital campaign performance, compile SEO/ SEM reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing marketing efforts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Operations, to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives
Oversee the full marketing cycle—from market research and concept design to launch, marketing content generation and performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends, conduct market and competitor research, identify new opportunities for growth
Lead and manage the Online Sales and Marketing team to execute campaigns and drive results
Requirement:
Deep knowledge of social media marketing, Google Analytics, paid media, UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing automation tools.
Innovative, with a passion for emerging digital trends and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset
At least 1-2 years of working experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, preferably in the jewellery or related sectors.
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time well
Highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong writing and presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
