Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), working closely with designers to ensure visual consistency and impact.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Support and execute digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns—including paid ads, marketing, and promotions—in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Analyze and report on digital performance metrics (e.g., conversions, engagement, trends) to optimize campaigns and user experience.
- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns using segmentation and automation tools.
- Plan and produce newsletter for customers, coordinating content and design to reinforce brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Refresh and update product listings as needed, applying market awareness and content marketing sensibility to ensure relevance and appeal.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and latest marketing strategies and execution.
- Engage with online audiences, manage feedback, and support community growth.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and social media insights (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and related analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, with solid proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Creative and strategic thinker with sound analytical skills.
- Knowledge of branding and basic graphic design principles.
- Resourceful, IT-savvy, and a quick learner with a proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven with a positive learning attitude.
- Preferably knowledgeable in conversion optimization, attribution modelling, funnel management, traffic analysis, and performance reporting.
