Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Support
- Serve as the primary technology contact for Trading, Risk, and Operations stakeholders.
- Oversee Level 3 (L3) support and govern Level 1/2 (L1/L2) service delivery teams.
- Own and prioritize the Aladdin backlog to drive platform stability and enhancements.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for platform-related issues.
- Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to inform optimization strategies.
Change & Automation
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across investment workflows.
- Coordinate testing and rollout of Aladdin enhancements.
- Collaborate with Transitions, Dealing, and Operations teams on platform changes.
Regulatory Alignment
- Liaise with the Business Information Security team to ensure alignment with:
- MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines and MAS Outsourcing Guidelines.
- Group Technology Risk Policy and BCM Policy.
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy.
- Data Governance and Cloud Usage Policies.
- Lead vendor onboarding, due diligence, and materiality assessments.
- Oversee disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) testing; validate RTO/RPO targets.
- Maintain BCM dashboard, contract risk register, and vendor performance reviews.
- Partner with the Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams to ensure policy alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with investment platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River).
- Proven experience in BCM, vendor governance, and regulatory alignment.
- Strong understanding of L1-L3 service models and platform support.
- Familiarity with MAS TRM, outsourcing, and cybersecurity frameworks.
