Job Description:
- Plan, develop, and manage healthcare infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Conduct master planning, feasibility studies, and develop budget proposals.
- Oversee design development, tender preparation and evaluation.
- Manage construction works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building regulations, workplace safety, and environmental health requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning.
- Proven experience in designing complex facilities such as hospitals, clinics, or hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting is a must.
