Working Location: River Valley
Working Hours: 5-day work week (Wednesday to Sunday) | Off every Monday and Tuesday
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and excellent guest experience.
- Supervise and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to fine dining standards.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee reservations, floor management, and guest relations, including handling feedback and special requests.
- Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing and cost control.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times. Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in fine dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and basic cost control. Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
