Job Description :
Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within timeline budget and meet clients' expectations
Monitor progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works onsite
Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and contract specifications
Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
Any other duties to be assigned
Job Requirement :
Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules
Solid Organization skills including attention to details and mulit-tasking skills
Excellent spokent and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Project Management in residential, government and commercial building projects (preferably in Building Facade Work)
